Wills, Estates, and Elder Abuse

Family Law

Brennan can help with family law matters that proceed to court, including: divorce, child support, custody and access, and alimony or spousal support.  He can also help you create a family law agreement, such as a prenuptial agreement, marriage contract, or separation agreement.

Background

Brennan grew up in the Lower Mainland and attended the University of British Columbia for his undergraduate studies.  From 2006 to 2008 he served on the Editorial Board of the Alberta Law Review.  In 2009 he became a lawyer in Alberta and practiced in Fort McMurray.  In 2010 he was awarded a Certificate of Recognition from Legal Aid Alberta.  In 2012 he moved back to British Columbia.  He has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta and British Columbia.
